1. All entries must be entered on-line, at www.bookclubs.ca/stoneleigh, by filling out an online form at www.bookclubs.ca/stoneleigh/contest.html. The entrant must include his or her name, email address, and return mailing address.

2. No purchase is necessary.

3. The contest begins on Thursday, February 2, 2012 and closes on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 11:59 pm. All entries must be received on or before the Contest Closing Date. Random House of Canada Limited is not responsible for on-line entries that are lost or misdirected. The 4 winners will be randomly selected by no later than Monday, May 7, 2012 and will be notified by email. If we do not receive a response to our email within 7 days, a new winner will be chosen and Random House of Canada Limited, McClelland & Stewart Ltd. and Corby Distilleries Limited (the "Sponsors") shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility to the first selected entrant(s) in this regard. All decisions of the Sponsors are final.

4. Entrants may enter only once for each giveaway. The chances of being selected depend upon the number of on-line entries received.

5. The prize consists of 4 Prize Packages consisting of:
  • One (1) copy each of our featured books:
    • The Winter Palace
    • Ru
    • Blood, Bones & Butter
    • Canadian Living: The One-Dish Collection
  • One (1) Stoneleigh® branded stainless steel wine chiller
  • Four (4) Stoneleigh® branded wine glasses
Retail value is approximately $150.

6. Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable, and has no cash surrender value. The Prize winner(s) shall not be entitled to receive, in cash, certificate or otherwise, the balance of any amount representing the difference of the Prize retail value and actual cost. Random House of Canada Limited, as applicable, has the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event of unavailability due to reasons beyond its control.

7. Contest is open to all Canadian residents, except the residents of the province of Québec, of legal drinking age in their province of residence, and not employees of, or member of the immediate family of an employee, or domiciled with an employee of the Sponsors, employees of provincial liquor boards, provincial liquor agencies, retailers and their employees (the "Liquor Boards"), liquor licensees,and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, or members of their immediate families. Void where prohibited by law.

8. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. To be declared a winner, a selected entrant will be required to have correctly answered the mathematical skill-testing question unassisted on the release form and must comply with these Rules & Regulations. Random House of Canada Limited will not be responsible for telephone, technical, network, online, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest. All entries become the property of Random House of Canada Limited who assumes no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected for any reason whatsoever. None of the Sponsors, prize suppliers, the Liquor Boards, liquor licensees or their respective agents shall be responsible for any errors, negligence, losses or damages of any nature whatsoever that may arise or occur in connection with this contest or a prize. If for any reason, in the opinion of the Sponsors, in their sole discretion, this contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of this contest is corrupted or adversely affected, the Sponsors reserve their right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend this contest including canceling any method of entry, and select a winner from previously received eligible entries. The Sponsors reserve the right to modify the Rules & Regulations without materially affecting the terms and conditions hereof.

9. The winners will be posted on the bookclubs.ca Web site at the end of the contest period. Entering the contest constitutes consent to the use of the winner's statement for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of bookclubs.ca and with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law). Other entry names will NOT be used for subsequent mail solicitation.

10. By entering the contest or accepting a prize, entrants consent to the collection, use, storage and distribution of their personal information, including without limitation their name, address, telephone number, age and/or photograph by the Sponsors, in reference to all matters related to this contest or in any publicity carried out by them without compensation and agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization, and the Sponsors, which are final. Such information is stored for only so long as required to complete the purpose for which it was collected. The entrant's personal information shall not be provided to any third party by the Sponsor without the entrant's consent. If an entrant would like their personal information removed from Random House of Canada Limited's databases at the conclusion of the contest, send this request in writing to canadaweb@randomhouse.com.

11. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to sign one or more declaration, indemnity and release forms in a form acceptable to the persons listed below, confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of a prize as awarded and indemnifying and releasing the Sponsors, the Liquor Boards, liquor licensees, the independent contest organization, prize suppliers, their respective agents, representatives and associated companies, and all of their respective directors, officers and employees from any liability in connection with this contest or occurring as a result of the prizes being awarded.

12. The Liquor Boards/Provincial Liquor Agencies are not connected with this contest in any manner whatsoever, and are not liable in any way whatsoever in regard to any matter that relates to this contest.
